Visiting the practice
When visiting our practice, you can help to keep the practice team and their patients safe. Please read and respect the guidelines below and follow the new "Patient journey" details.

If you are a vulnerable or shielded patient please be aware that we will do everything possible to make your visit as safe as possible including, for example, scheduling you first thing in the morning before any other patients have been at the practice. The choice to visit the practice is yours and the risks must be balanced with the dental need against the current situation. Please do not hesitate to contact us, should you have any questions.

Please do not come to the practice without an appointment
2.
Before coming for your appointment please ensure you have visited the bathroom and are hydrated. Patients should come wearing a mask if possible or be prepared to wear the disposable one provided at all times in the practice apart from when having treatment

With the exception of children and patients with carers, patients should come alone.
Please avoid bringing lots of things and shopping bags if possible.

Please do not arrive early to the practice. If you arrive early you will be asked to wait outside the practice. If you are a vulnerable or shielded patient you should wait outside the building until we call you to come up so that you do not have to wait in the waiting room at any time

A distance of at least 1 metres must be observed if another patient is present in the dental practice and please respect our new one way system indicated by the floor markings

Payment should be made by card/ contactlessly where possible

If you show symptoms following appointment booking, you should contact the practice by phone immediately
